Intermediate Spanish is a course designed for students with some previous exposure to Spanish that builds on the foundational skills of listening, reading, speaking, and writing.  While students will continue to learn new grammatical concepts and verb tenses, including present perfect, pluperfect, and future forms, students will also be engaged in synthesizing previously studied concepts, expanding real-world applications of their language skills, and consuming and generating works of creative expression.  Students will use the grammar and vocabulary covered in the course to navigate the history, geography, art and literature of the Spanish-speaking world with a particular focus on questions relating to urban life and culture.

This course will run from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on the following dates: 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 12/1, 12/8, and 12/15.
